"On September 14, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court denied the government’s request requiring special envelopes, barcodes and the uploading of voter information before federal ballots could be mailed. For voters, this means nothing will change about how you receive or return your Mail Ballot. Pima County will continue to follow the approved Elections Procedures Manual and guidance from the Secretary of State and Attorney General."
